What is the Purpose of this Web Site?

This site provides extra value for people who have the ESL game, Discovery Trail, published by Pro Lingua Associates.  At no cost, you can obtain question cards not provided with the game kit.  New cards and new categories will be added to this site regularly, so come back and visit often.  If you would like to see game cards developed for a new category, you can use this web site to communicate your ideas.  You can also view a thesis that explains the origin of the game and the pedagogical principles behind it.  And even if you don't have the game kit, you are welcome to use the cards and information on this site.

How to Print Game Cards:

You need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ in order to view and print the question cards.  If you don't have it installed on your computer, no problem.  You can download it for free by clicking here.  Then all you need to do is find the questions you want and print them. Use colored card stock (blue for CHOICE, red for CHANGE, yellow for CHALLENGE) and print the appropriate card backs on the reverse side of the cards for great results.
