Welcome to the PARC. This web portal for INTERLINK senior staff is for communicating, storing and accessing information, and maintaining a repository of forms, data and other information related to the program. Senior staff members are responsible for visiting the PARC daily and keeping information up to date.

Center Directors are responsible for supplying and updating all the center information in the top menu (Staff Meeting Minutes, CC Feedback, Semester Reports, Current Faculty Profiles, Program Evaluations, Country Reports). In addition, Center Directors are responsible for updating the Listserv information in the top menu and the Calendar and Fees information in the main menu and keeping the Event Calendar current. The Handbooks (links in the main menu) must also be revised and submitted when necessary.

Important tips for submitting and modifying data:

  • Do not modify any information you did not submit.
  • Make sure you select the correct Section and Category for your submissions and click yes for Published and no for Front Page.
  • Make sure the title of the article you submit follows the exact same format as the other articles in that section (eg the Staff Meeting Minutes have the format 05/03/08). This is necessary in order to have the files presented in order.
  • When you modify the Listserv and the Calendar and Fees data, use red font for that information. If the font is not red, the changes will not be noticed and the Listserv and website information will not be modified.
  • For the sake of readability and uniformity, all articles posted should be Verdana 10 pt font, like this article. The easiest way to achieve this is to format the document in Word and then copy and paste it into the PARC.
